Please note that the workshop is limited to 90 participants. You are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible (if overbooked, registrations will be closed).
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal myECSW area.
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations by 31 July 2023 will be refunded fully minus an administrative charge of 20 EUR plus the effective transaction costs of the refund; no refunds will be provided after 31 July 2023.
All attendees are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract for a short oral communication or poster presentation (both subject to selection by the organisers). This can be done through your personal myECSW area; you will need to to have an account to have access to the latter.
Prizes for the best oral presentation and best poster will be awarded.
The abstract submission deadline is 25 August 2023.
